Our automation solutions are mostly provided on turnkey basis where we usually take over the project right from the planning phase. Our team of experts defines the requirement, identifies and maintains IO charts and selects the control, field instrumentation and electrical hardware. The team then proceeds with flow chart developed according to P & ID diagrams and IO mapping of the selected hardware. This is followed by PLC programming and development along with communication interface configuration. The SCADA system development is executed alongside HMI development followed by installation, commissioning, testing and trouble shooting.
For automation involving robotic arms, our team has the capability of providing a complete solution on turnkey basis.
TRAININGS:
Allied offers in depth technical training to customer’s engineers at manufacturer’s factory premises for all proprietary systems sold. These trainings not only serve as a platform to give in depth know how for optimum operation of the product but also gives our clients an opportunity to visit the design, prototyping, production, testing / quality control areas of the factory and have a detailed discussion with the engineers behind the products. This exposure gives our customers a deeper sense of satisfaction and confidence when these products are used in their projects.
